What we do
Our consultants sit at the table with senior management and CxOs of these organizations and collaborate with them to invent a solution outside their normal routine. Not only do we write an advisory report, or proof of concept, but we also help our clients during the pilot phase and implementation.
Starting in The Institute you will complete various consulting assignments over the course of two months, combined with training and coaching. The steep learning curve continues during the various client projects you will be part of supported by continuous training.
