During the fourth keynote, Paul Kattestaart (Principal Consultant) will discuss Conversational AI applied  on omnichannel marketing. Paul brings over a decade of expertise in deep human insights that solve business challenges and inspire innovation through a blend of human-centric design, data analytics and emerging technologies. A digital transformation expert in marrying consumer insights with meaningful concepts, prototypes and ideas, Paul has worked on both agency- and client-side across a multitude of categories including Financial Services, Telecommunication, Education, Sports & Entertainment, and more. He holds a Master’s degree in Consumer Psychology from La Trobe University, Melbourne where he investigated the consumer adoption of new media technology.
