Hello everyone! My name is Lotte Smit, and I am 20 years old. I’m excited to announce that I will be taking on the role of chairman for the 37th MARUG Conference Board this year. As I enter my last year of studying Business Administration, I'm eager to deepen my understanding of marketing, which has always been a key area of interest for me. Being part of the MARUG Conference Board offers the perfect opportunity to pursue this passion. In addition to my studies, I will oversee the overall organization of the MARUG Conference, ensuring effective coordination and motivation within our board. Hello! My name is Sybren Fermin, and this year I will fulfill the role of Theme, Speakers and Secretary as part of the 37th MARUG Conference Board. Currently I am in my third year of the Industrial Engineering and Management Bachelor programme. I will be responsible for the secretarial duties, developing a theme, finding speakers and a chairman of the day. I am looking forward to developing new skills and gaining experience in the field of marketing. The MARUG Conference is a fantastic opportunity for me to work with an incredible team to organize the largest marketing event for students. Hello everyone! My name is Tom Stutterheim, and I’m 22 years old. This year, I’m thrilled to take on the role of Treasurer & External Relations II on the 37th MARUG Conference Board. Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor in Economics & Business Economics. In my role on the board, I will oversee both the acquisition process and the financial management of the 37th edition of the conference. What excites me most about being part of the MARUG Conference Board 2025-2026 is the opportunity to apply the knowledge I’ve gained during my studies and to help organize an event that effectively connects students with businesses. Hi everyone! My name is Frédérique Hulshof, I am 20 years old, and I am currently in my third year of the Bachelor programme in International Business. I am thrilled to be part of the MARUG Conference Board this year as Day Organisation & Theme and Speakers II! Within the board, I will be responsible for the day planning, the business participants, the day organization committee, and the contact with the location. In addition, I also take on the function Theme and Speakers II, which means I will be helping in the development of this year's theme and finding speakers. What I look forward to the most is collaborating with the Conference Board and organizing a highly succesful edition of the MARUG Conference!

Hi everyone! My name is Querine Steggink, I am 20 years old and I will fulfill the position of PR & Promotions within the 37th MARUG Conference Board. I am currently in my last year of the Bachelor Business Administrations. For my role as PR & Promotions, I will be responsible for all exposure of the MARUG Conference, such as designing posters and advertisements and keeping the social media up to date. Organising the MARUG Conference gives me the opportunity to be creative, as well as putting my knowledge in the field of marketing, learned in my Bachelor Business Administrations, to use.
