Hello everyone, my name is Daan Slegt, and I am 20 years old. I’m excited to announce that I will be taking on the role of chairman for the 36th MARUG Conference Board this year. As I enter my third year of studying Business Administration, I'm eager to deepen my understanding of marketing, which has always been a key area of interest for me. Being part of the MARUG Conference Board offers the perfect opportunity to pursue this passion. In addition to my studies, I will oversee the overall organization of the MARUG Conference, ensuring effective coordination and motivation within our board. I’m confident that, with the support of my amazing team, we will deliver a conference that will be highly valuable to both students and professionals alike.

Hello! My name is Arina Toxopeus and this year I will fulfill the role of Theme, Speakers and Secretary as part of the 36th MARUG Conference Board. Currently I am in my third year of the Communication and Information Studies bachelor programme. I will be responsible for the secretarial duties, developing a theme, finding speakers and a chairman of the day. I am looking forward to developing new skills and gaining experience in the field of marketing. Together with the board I will make sure that the 36th edition is just as successful as the previous ones. See you on the 25th of February!

Hello everyone! My name is Lou Holterman, and I'm 20 years old. I'm excited to be serving as External Relations on the 36th MARUG Conference Board. Currently, I am in my third year of the Bachelor's program in Business Administration. I will be responsible for securing partnerships for our upcoming conference. The MARUG Conference is a fantastic opportunity for me to work with an incredible team to organize the largest marketing event for students. I’m eager to successfully bring this event to life and further develop my professional skills along the way. I can’t wait to see you all on the 25th of February!

Hello everyone! My name is Marcel Koops, and I'm 23 years old. This year, I’m thrilled to take on the role of Treasurer & External Relations II on the 36th MARUG Conference Board. Currently, I'm pursuing a Master's in Marketing Analytics & Data Science, which I began last year. In my role on the board, I will oversee both the acquisition process and the financial management of the 36th edition of the conference. What excites me most about being part of the MARUG Conference Board 2024-2025 is the opportunity to apply the knowledge I’ve gained during my studies and to help organize an event that effectively connects students with businesses. I’m eager to collaborate with my fellow board members to ensure that this year’s conference is just as successful as previous editions. I hope to see you all at the conference this February!

Hi everyone! My name is Martine Baas, I am 22 years old, and I recently completed my Bachelor's degree in Sociology. This year, I am taking a gap year to explore different interests, one of which is marketing. That's why I am thrilled to be part of the MARUG Conference Board this year! Within the board, I will be responsible for the day planning, the business participants, the day organization committee, and the contact with the location. In addition, I also take on the function Theme and Speakers II, which means I will be helping in the development of this year's theme and finding speakers. 
What I look forward to the most is collaborating with the conference board and organizing a highly successful edition of the MARUG Conference!

Hello! My name is Babette Buis, I am 20 years old and I am in the last year of my Bachelor of Media Studies. I will fulfil the position of PR & Promotion within the 36th MARUG Conference Board. For this role, I will be responsible for designing the posters, advertisements and the social media. Organizing the MARUG Conference gives me the opportunity to put my knowledge gained from the Bachelor of Media Studies into practice.
