Elevation Group is a full-service partner for high-quality IT staffing. Through its labels, Elevation Partners and The.NextGen, the organization facilitates the connection between clients and IT professionals in various contract forms. The organization has now grown to over 300 employees, with offices in Amsterdam, 's-Hertogenbosch, and Düsseldorf.
We sat down with our colleague Bo Boomgaardt (Sales Team Manager), to chat with her about her personal highlights.

Memorable moments at Elevation Group:
Two memorable moments stand out. First, the announcement of our competition at the Elevation Summer Party, earning a trip to Ibiza. I was so motivated to achieve this, and when it finally happened, it truly felt like a victory! My second moment was during this year's kick-off. I received the Manager of the Year award, which took me by surprise. As a manager, success comes when your team is successful, but this award specifically recognised my management skills. That's why I feel extra proud of this achievement.
Why Elevation?
It's enjoyable to work in an environment where you can be competitive together instead of against each other. Hard work is rewarded, and you can quickly grow in your career; the path to becoming a manager was quite accessible for me. Gaining this experience at such a young age is fantastic. Having a good salary also gives me the opportunity to achieve personal goals, such as buying my own house.
Current Goals:
As a team manager, my focus is on maintaining team quality and continuity. Winning the summer competition to Ibiza is an exciting team goal. Personally, I aim to expand the team for a future move to a business management role.
Favourite Weekly Moment:
Monday morning! This may sound strange, but it's true. Everyone is full of energy after a weekend recharge. It's great to discuss the week's goals with my team. If we manage to go to the gym before that, we start the week even stronger!
