I'm responsible for the Dutch and Belgian markets and the major campaigns launched in 8 countries. In my presentation, I'll take you through how we completely revamped Swapfiets' social media strategy: from boring statics to engaging content in various formats across different channels. We gave Swapfiets a face and fully aligned the social media strategy with our brand strategy."

Michiel Jansen - Global Conversion Optimisation Lead at ING

As Lead of the Conversion CoE I try to make ‘did you test that?’ the most asked question in ING. Being well aware that a small change on a page can lead to much better customer experience or millions of extra revenues makes me a motivated ambassador for data driven working. My years as owner and creator of startups and marketing manager for startups have made me value creativity and speed. Which I take with me in me recent roles at larger companies like ING.
